Sara hails from Santa Fe, New Mexico and lived in Chicago for six years before relocating to Nashville in 2005. Consequently, she has an appreciation of the small town and big city alike, and feels that Nashville is the perfect melding of the two. She discovered her passion for urban living and development while purchasing her first condo in Chicago's Logan Square neighborhood, and has been putting that passion to work ever since!
Having played the flute professionally in symphonies across the country Sara understands the unique housing needs of Nashville's thriving artistic community. She puts her professionalism, attention to detail, and creative flair to work in real estate much in the same way she does her music. She currently resides in the Belmont area and loves the excitement of working in Nashville's diverse and constantly changing neighborhoods. Sara strives to ease the stress of any real estate transaction and hopes that her clients even have a little FUN in the process.
The Village Fund
Village Real Estate Services is committed to the vitality of Nashville's neighborhoods. The Village Fund was created as the vehicle through which Village Real Estate Services makes charitable donations to the community. Guided by its broad mission to support projects that promote sustainable communities and neighborhoods, the Village Fund supports non-profits devoted to causes like the environment, youth enrichment and leadership, smart land use, historic preservation and restoration, affordable housing, homelessness, citizen empowerment and economic development.
What are the sources of donations to the Village Fund? The Village fund is unique in that it owns five percent of Village Real Estate Services. Thus, as Village prospers, the Village fund grows. Village supplements this stream of donations through other creative methods, including contributions from friends of Village Real Estate Services, its agents and from clients. All donations to the Fund are tax-deductible, and since the Fund supports many groups, it is a vehicle for individuals to support a wide variety of community groups through a single donation.
