This was my first home purchase, and I didn't know much about the home-buying process or what to expect.  The minute I spoke to Sara on the phone, any apprehension I had about being taken seriously disappeared.  Sara explained the whole process to me and made it very easy for me to feel confident about what I was doing.  She worked hard to make sure I was buying a home that was best for me and within my budget, which I appreciated.  I never felt any pressure to "buy now" or stretch my budget.  She made the home-buying process very easy, and actually, very fun!
